
Soave is one of the most famous and appreciated white wine in Italy and in the world.
It wins everybody's taste with its "light gold" colour, it is a fairly good one, it is harmonic and noble, it is Soave
This wine has a complex nose, with notes of apple white peach and almond. This Soave is dry, crisp and clean on the palate and has good acidity. Serve our Soave at 10°C--12°C before the meal on its own or with Italian delicacies such as herb risotto, terrines of white meat or vegetable pates. This wine can also be served with oysters, grilled or baked seafood, white meats and is excellent with Asian fare such as sushi or mildly spiced Thai dishes.
