      Fior di Rosa is our sparkling wine made from local grapes grown in the mild climate surrounding the hills of bardolino in the Veneto region, on the eastern side of lake Garda. Already the name express the delicacy of the wine; it is the cream of the rosé that get elated with the sparkling process.

    • The grapes are harvested jus ripe, in order to preserve freshness and aromatic fruitiness. Most evident aromas remind crisp citrus and sour berry flavours. 

    • This "charmat" method sparkling is traditionally is traditionally served chilled (6-8° C or 43-46° F) as an aperitif or with light lunches, but could also go well with spicy Asian foods.
    • Ageing potential: up to 1 year.

    • TECHNICAL DATA

    • Vineyards location: Several Vineyards in Bardolino and Cavaion
    • Geology: Pebbly, clay and calcareous soil of glacial morainal origin and light soils from a volcanic origin
      Grape variety: Corvina, Rondinella, Sangiovese, Molinara and Negrara
      Vines density per hectare: 1,800 to 5,000
    • Production per hectare/ acre: 13 tons / 5.7 tons
      Winemaking process: Destemming, crushing and pressing in a pneumatic press and then fermentation in stainless steel vats
    • Secondary fermentation method: Charmat
      Ageing in cellar: 2-3 months in stainless steel vats
