Our Vignanunica vineyard is found in heart of the Adige Valley, one of threecommunities in the province of Verona that belong to the Terra dei Forti sub-appelation of the Valdadige DOC area. This vineyard is ideally situated for it’s mild climate and sandy soils. The grapes are picked when they are ripe to perfection from the most mature vines on the estate. After pressing, our Vignanunica wine is left to ferment in cement vats and then and age in stainless steel vats with out the influence of oak barrels. Vignanunica Chardonnay is dry, with mineral notes and should be served chilled (10-12° C or 50-54° F) with fish appetizers, mussels, Italian dishes such as pasta with in cream based sauce and Japanese delicacies such as sushi and sashimi.
