The crafting of Grappa’s has always been a natural expression of the land and a tradition of the Estate. Our Grappa’s are distilled from the left over seeds and skins of three of our reserve wines each resulting in a unique, limited bottling. We produce the following three Grappa’s:

This grappa reflects the structure and the personality of our Single Vineyard, Bardolino wine. The typical perfume of the Corvina and Rondinella grapes stay present, even after distillation. The balanced harmony of aromas, the alcohol and sugars create a full bodied grappa that has a velvet like texture.

Created from the distilled skins of the Castello Guerrieri red wine, we produce this intense and full bodied grappa with the incomparable aroma of mature berries. The skins are from the following grape varietals: Corvina, Rondinella, Molinara, Sangiovese and Tenaiol.
